The Intentions That Drive Our Behaviors
If we're not mindful and awake, it's natural that we're going to move through the day on automatic as i mentioned. The intentions that will be driving our behaviors come from a sense of a separate self which has the conditioning to perceive something's missing or wrong. And then the second piece is we need to learn to dive, to reconnect when we're lost, to become mindful of whatever current intentions running the show - and then learn how to open into the deepest intention.
