Is Denmark a Good Place to Provide Support for Women in Cardiology?

In Denmark it's over 90% of moms work full time so I think that really tells you everything that you need to know. It was like a huge actually culture shock for me when we moved back having never been a mom in the US and all of the moms of my kids friends were stay-at-home moms. So I'm totally with you both on the thesis that if you provide more support for people particularly parents etc you'll be able to have a stronger labor force, better participation women labor force etc. The only thing that I'll quibble with you John about is that if we made all our trainees do a PhD they still wouldn't know anything about interpreting studies.
