i think there's always been a shared load at home. But when we first moved, for me to take ona more senior position within the company, he chose to step back. He was happy too, to step and bathy, you often talk about the primary carer. Although, funnly enough, i still got the phone calls from school. We're certainly not a soft and fluffy employer. And our goal is absolutely on running a highly successful and profitable business. But we believe that a happy work force is key delivering the success. An, i just mean, big, keep heart fofr your success!
