"There's a scene in there where uh abuela alma kind of tells her backstory to me dal And we go into why she left and and really kind of You know, you get it gained a different understanding," says the actress. "We had that section in the beginning of the film We had it towards, you know, the end and so in the end we ended up doing a little bit of both."
