i could never get the public pre view thing to show it, which is totally enabled in the tenant that i'm a part of with that accountye. Every time it was settings about developer, and then ait was just checked for me, and then public. That's weird. So somebody ind chat in discord too, is saying that dove was unchecked, but it still did find preview, and then they only checked preview.
