Design Principles of Monitoring
The first principle of monitoring would be to separate monitoring and the entire matrix pipeline. As much as you can from the primary system, but don't want it coupled in any way. Second thing is always start from the top from the user experience. The most important question, of course, is on my customers getting satisfactory service. And then if you have the whole data, then as a design principle, always prefer the whole data.
