We also dive into the mechanics and philosophy behind vision quests, including fasting, solitude, mindset, and the importance of preparation and integration. We talk about mentorship as a reciprocal relationship, resilience as a cultivated capacity, and how true healing often emerges from being witnessed over time rather than chasing peak experiences.
