The Fed's Forward Guidance on Stocks
The Fed can buy a tremendous amount of stuff, take away the stock. The Treasury can look at that and just issue a whole bunch of more. Even if the Fed is buying a lot, you could have a lot of treasury issuance coming out of the US Treasury. And the Fed, it plays a role, but it's not determinative.
