The MPTP operates based on consensus and it is very hard to put a consensus together when the companies have disparate interest. And there isn't a strong CEO hand weighing in. It seems like everything was lined up for this to fail because you had the fire reunion. You had the kind of chaos in the business and you had these other divisions amongst the studio membership that it's going to be difficult to come to a resolution.
