I think sleep is one of the most important things and to your point like I didn't know it was an ADHD. The more you optimize your sleep the better everything you know your next day is. Dr Andrew Huberman at all he says drink caffeine two hours after you wake up like that's when you should have your caffeine. And part of it is having like a budget for supplements and also going for like the high quality ones rather than necessarily kind of going for the cheapest. So me personally I'm just what I've tried on myself. I find that magnesium works really well to help me get to sleep. Obviously different people take it a different times of the day and I also have an
