How to Train for the Two Mile Run

Training well for the event specifically we talked about you know zone two and just a rub with base type stuff. I think the like the big red flag here for the two mile run is do not exclusively run as fast as you can for two miles as your your main modality for training for the twomile run. Think of it less as just training for this event and more broadly speaking just training for the test as a whole or being a healthy person.
