You We've Come a Long Way From Elgar's Composition
Elgar portrays Dora Penny, a close friend whose childhood stutter is a subject of some very gentle teasing. While he slightly teases her stutter, Elgar also writes one of his most elegant and graceful tunes for his solo viola. It's hard to describe in words music that is so heartfelt, so I'll let it speak for itself.
