Why Are Less Than One-Third of Bus Captains Singaporean?

During a recent doorstop interview, Acting Transport Minister Jeffrey Siow mentioned that less than one third of bus captains are Singaporeans, and how it’s a bottleneck to expanding the bus service network in SG. Elsewhere, a petition to extend pickleball playing hours in housing estates has garnered more than 1,500 signatures.
