The Safest Early Round Running Back to Draft at Value

Smile Sanders is what I like to consider the last call for safe early round running backs. The Panthers ran a committee with Don DeForman, Chiba Hubbard and occasionally Reheem Blackshare after trading Christian McCaffrey. If he can see just a slight uptick in receiving work he could be the safest running back to draft at value. Aaron Jones is never and will never be a high volume back. And we have seen a clear tilt and goal line work leaning towards AJ Dillon which has kind of taken away at that top three upside that he previously had.
