The Culture Story at Glovo

Six thousand people have worked at glovo since we founded it. Any company of this scale, especially if they've been fired. It's hard to train these people up and give them experience while expanding into ten countries or developing a new product. And i'll just say one lise thing: Many many start ups don't stale their hachar processes in line with the side of the company. Ritually what you see in these stories isn't necessarily nefarious bad actors. There is always a priority amongst the founding members of a company where they play catcalls. That's just like a human problem, right? We weren't saying that this was about all of glovo. But
