Change is gradual, but change occurs in those little habits that you make and implement into your everyday routine. One of the biggest things in my opinion that holds so many people back from changing their lifestyle and trying new things is their comfort zone. Being stuck in your comfort zone is one of the most detrimental things you can do to yourself as a person. When you're thinking about leaving your comfort zone and venturing off to this new thing, you typically go right into the fear zone.
