The concept of employment as we know it, working for one company, to five, ten years of time is aded by people. Can still work most of their days in one project, but people will choose how they spend their days,. And everything will be resolt baced, because you now have the opportunity to give your time and effort and skill towards a portfolio of different things. It's not just being able to own a token because i play the game. It's actually being immerse yourself as an owner and make yourself responsible for the outcomes of whatever you do thing.
