Digital transformation is the point at which an organization realizes that they've got competitors and new entrants etc that have capabilities and business models that they lack. How do organizations then change their decision-making process so that in five years time they're not where they needed to be? Well i mean that's the billion dollar questions isn't it right  i wouldn't say that's a solved question i'd say the roots are being open, admitting you're making mistakes boom having a learning mentality there is something that we can learn to help ourselvesDo we communicate clearly around things that are themselves clear I think those are necessary preconditions for getting onto that journey of digital transformation.
