There was a mailing of unknown province sent to southern carolina voters that Johnmy cane has a daughter of african american descent that is adopted. It should have been a big negative for the bush campaign, not any sort of positive. But again, this is one example of many, this whole direct mal thing. It's like politics, and it's most nasty.
