I want you to oo at micro distractions as in just little things. Also look out for the macro distractions like thinking about having some children, maybe when you shouldn't yet. Another important takeaway here is it's ok to get distracted. I'm not even saying that you have to abstain from anything yet. Just by becoming more mindful of these things, the problem will start to fix itself,. slowly, just slowly, by watching it. That begins the process of becoming aware.
