There's this book from the 70s called The Emith. By Michael Gerber. This guy was like this business guru before that was a thing. And his whole thing, he was obsessed with McDonald's. Your business needs to be like McDonald's. If you want to run a business, you have to let that fucking side of you. It will kill you. Because you can't be a technician at scale. You're going to tap out on your bandwidth. So I read the book and what Michael Gerber does, who I think is pro, I think he's still going.
