Is This a Philosophical Issue?

This strikes me as philosophical in so far as you're using your philosophical tolket to identify the fact that there is really not a paradox. But once you've done that, it doesn't strike is a deeply philosophical conundrum that needs to be addressed any more. You might even want to call that self deception. There's this overestimating we tend to do of ourselves. Most realistic people about themselves are depressed people. Are they depressed because they're real stic? Or does it go theot way round?
