Once enough other states also pass tis then we are bound by the winner in e national vote and te popular vote. It's just that a majority of people in reelectural college will always agree with the winner of the national popular bord. How close are we to passing this? And is there a risk that the supreme court might strike this down, potentially in the middle of a contentious election, which could lead to a real constitutional mess?
