I think it's really hard at the scale at which these operators do this, to get it just right. You know, how do you know? It's a year in advance, five years in advance, that you don't. And so I think there is also just in the sense of they might have more capacity than they need or use and in other places that might have scarcity. Right. So you can you can imagine that sort of becoming a mechanism for balancing things out if appropriate sharing mechanisms are in place.
