Capital Lease Obligations in Relation to Long Term Debt?

High gis: I have come across a company that has little long term debt, but capital lease obligations. And i don't know if i should be ignoring the capital lease because there is a hard asset behind it. H got no straw in you so a yo certainly still want to consider them. In terms of long term debt, most of the time, a you'll find that the debt will be due. At the longest, probably over an eight yer period is kind of the longest you'll see long term debt held by ar businesses. But a lot of the time, actually, you'll see debt that's held that's due in the next five years.
