The last major areas held by rebels are cornered in Idlib Province, Syria. President Bashar al-Assad's forces and their allies have taken control of the area. The Syrian government also doesn't really have enough means to deal with the crisis as it is, Sarah says. What are the options then for the people living in this area? Can they go elsewhere?
