I think the thought was look what's the worst that can happen at Chernobyl meltdown? That'll work great for us. Then we have to intervene in whatever the hell. I don't think anybody believes there's a lot of concern for Ukrainian lives or Russian lives among the NATO elites. But like and what they would do is just say the Russian because if you remember right around that time there were all these reports that the Russians were shelling themselves. The stakes behind the attack could not have been higher missiles.
