Candace Cardi Williams burst on the literary scene several years ago with her novel Queenie. Her new novel is called People Person and it's about a young Jamaican British woman trying to recover from a bad breakup. "I just wanted someone to be like, I'm not, so all I wanted," she tells A.M. Holmes.
