The Balance of Power and Peace

Good governance spoils down to balance, which is why government is so difficult and contentious. If you want peace in the world, you need balance because war, conflict and struggle only happen when there's imbalances in society. In the end, from the biggest possible picture, everything in the universe has to balance out and equal to zero.
