The and or thinking is most important kind of the higher up in the organization you go. So presumably, if you have a team of engineers over here they could be working on one thing and other team of engineers working on another thing. You don't have to take this particular way of thinking and push it all the way down to every individual and every activity that they're participating in. I mean, they can even create these boundaries that you talk about between different part of their job or different parts of their day.
