The Generational Divides Within the Conservative Legal Movement

I feel like we're in the forefront of conservative judiciary kind of like they've sort of caught the car and are trying to figure out what to do with that. I think part of what compelled me to go to the conference was that it's a forum for young people within the conservative legal movement to share their views. A good example is the conservative jurisprudence towards what's known as like the administrative state or executive agencies. Some younger legal conservatives who are kind of doing a 180 on the Chevron Doctrine.
