The top sources of priority micronutrients are organs small fish dark leafy dark green leafy vegetables bivalzed crustaceans goat beef eggs milk canned fish mutton and lamb. It's mostly animal source foods with dark leafy greens and to some extent pulses so things like lentils and beans and peas are also pretty nutrient dense. Certain traditional grains have a reasonable nutrient density such as sorghum or tef millet fonio sorghum.
