There is no direct link with the laxity and tissue injury. But there are other ways that we can kind of maintain a cardy vascular fitness. You're going to see now, like on the acog guide lines, that running is ok. Like, that makes me really happy. I love pushing for that activity,. but there's a lot safer ways to do it from a musculo skeletal perspective, especially towards the end.
