How Do You Engage Other Departments in Your User Research?

Sally Kohn: I love talking about job interviews. They're oftentimes really stressful situations for people and so I love being able to share any kind of clarity or help out people in any way when it comes to such an overwhelming experience. She says the STAR method is a fantastic framework because it just puts you in a place where you're giving really concrete answers in a concise way with your interviewers. So let's dive into that first area, how do you engage others in your research process? For me, these two are slightly different questions and require slightly different answers - which is why I am separating them out for the purpose of this particular episode.
