There has been this real surge of people looking at crowdfunded law suits. Jack Monroe the food blogger in various actions of hers and then Jolion Morn of Good Law Project. But I also think there's a downside to them in the sense that there is very little monitoring about what the actions are used for you know how often they succeed.
