Leaders of a firm should have time to develop the models and then work them into an interior driven employee training. I think one proprietary model to cover everything is possible, depending on the nature of what the firm does. So you should be leaning on multiple models. When without pitching, we lean on buying is changing as a model. And there are these other metaphors that you can view as motels. Selling is leadership. Some people say dating is a good model for selling. I get it, but i don't find that particularly useful.
