How to Speak the Language of Your Learner

Gary: When was the last time that you type a 20 word long question to find something? Lulu: Sometimes we just always have to put ourselves in the learner's shoes what are they actually going to ask. Gary: One of the highly efficient ways of doing this is to think about a way to be consistent across the business and then add elements of description within it if there are multiple ways that could be used so obviously on the hand out when you share content not only you can share a title it has to be short and snappy and consistent but you can also add a layer of description underneath which could be kind of similar perhaps something that your learners might also want to to type in
