Many of these projects have focused on how do you develop over the course of your career through stages of development from a novice to an expert. If we can understand what each of those developmental stages looks like within the mastery model, then we can both diagnose where an individual is on their developmental cycle right now. And then we can also prescribe some strategies to help them get to the next level of development. Right. So on the mastery models, tell us what you mean by sort of stages. So is this explicit sort of explicit stage gates where you see people passing through stages or what does that mean to be in a stage or passing through to another stage? Sure.
