This movie is really good considering it's using AI but it's also just showing how there's an enormous ego resistance to the spirit. You shouldn't really be too hard on your mind when it's going through this transition. We're not asked to go through anything informed per se but we're just asked to choose again every time we feel an attack thought or a grievance or a dark thought to come back and choose again. That's actually what reality is. So you know you really need to be gentle and have faith and say you're in charge.
