Micro-v Calling

I think that if people don't have the skills to be able to learn optimally, it doesn't matter what you do. I can really see that this would be a way of building from the bottom up a developmental culture teaching people to micro-v. It's not easy to become that kind of organization, but if you can get everybody into a mindset where they've got a kind of gut level understanding of why that might work then we're changing your brain significantly.
