i welcome that optimism around, you know, this has really changed the conversations that we're able to have about mental health and vulnerabilities at work. I like your mention of the word optimism there as well, because i've found neil's comments about post romatic growth really heartening. And if can try and encourage teems and individuals to cract these meaningful narratives that lay the blame in the right place - not on their own shoulders. We'd re delight to hear our ideas, but we should cover in future episodes.
