I think one thing I want to emphasize in the book both before afterwards is Don't think of Jesus having a career that begins at some infinite point in the past and goes some incantent point in the future. In other words, time really only refers to this worldly element of his existence though we can't help but do that because our conceptual apparatus isn't linked to it.
