Do I Have Control Over This?
I don't get angry behind the wheel anymore again because I probably because I live in the country. But I don't have the kind of intensity that I had when I lived in Montreal. Your biggest challenge on some days is, well, I must go back to Costco or back to Walmart and see if I can find my wedding ring that I dropped on the floor. That's what helps me. Do I have control over this? If the answer is no, I let it go. The answer is yes. And yeah, we all have we all have our issues.
