The History of Lead Over Time
In 17 hundred but there is basically no lead at all, like nothing. In 19 21 car makers were trying to figure out how to get rid of something called engine knock. Chemists put a teaspoonf of lead into some gasolene and the engine knock stopped immediately,. instantly gone. And then in like ten 50, with the start of the industrial revolution, you see the lead levels start to go up and up and upand until 19 30, w the lead level sky rocket straight upward.
