Two weeks out from the Inyo b race. The key things are, i want to get rid of the fatigue that i've carried for six months. With in increased fitness comes increased fatigue. We don't need a recovery drink on a recovery day. But during the two week taper, we need to be giving ourselves all the recovery is that we can message.
