How Do You Run a Company?

Every company that's ever been built and succeeded has kind of been run as essentially a benevolent dictatorship. That's because a company is so much about kind of efficient and high quality decision making. And that's just better done at like a company size scale and lifetime by a dictator than by a democracy or a democratic process, which would be slower and messier but has other good properties if you're talking about government or that kind of thing.
