Phil Bonhard is head of experience design for the Holmes platform at Lloyd's Banking Group. His job was to in-house the entire design team that until then had been outsourced to partner agencies and system integrators. The idea of in-houseing something like that was novel for a large bank like Lloyd's, because they traditionally relied on specialist agencies.
