She spent the beginning of the year feeling attacked by older women that she respected, even though they weren't doing that. She felt she was being ridiculed and made fun of by like powerful talented people. And then at the end of the year, she stumbles into this like amazing world where she's with other girls that look like her and accept her as one of them. Like it kind of makes sense when you think about it. I think that the backlash against it was sort of unnecessary.
