Bicoin is a protocol stack to protocols that work together in a similar fashion, that run the internet itself. So why did we choose to go with a layered approach? Why is why is that the right approach? Lend you want to start on this one? Well, so part of it is is, no one even made the decision. It just kind of had to happen ou onno er,. Because any attempts to change the the base layer proved futile compared to the mere immutability of that layer.
