The God Who Never Changes
In verse 28, the author draws out the main implication of this truth about God. The children of your servant shall dwell secure. Their offspring shall be established before you. It's this you, this God, that our hope is in, Christian, when we are suffering. Because his love for you is unchangeable. He never changes.
